A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999

25   Paragraph 6(1)(b)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) the adult's FTB child rate in relation to the child is reduced under subclause 7(2) or (3) or 26(3) or (4) of Schedule 1 (see sections 61A and 61B).
