Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001

2   Subsection 5(1) (definition of staff member)

Repeal the definition, substitute:

staff member means:

(a) a person employed under section 120; or

(b) a person engaged under subsection 121(1); or

(c) any of the officers, employees and persons who under section 122 are to assist ASIC.
