Office of National Intelligence (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2018 (156 of 2018)
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

2. Schedules 1 and 2 |
At the same time as section 3 of the Office of National Intelligence Act 2018 commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if that section does not commence. |

3. Schedule 3 |
The later of: (a) the commencement of section 3 of the Office of National Intelligence Act 2018; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 2 to the National Security Legislation Amendment (Espionage and Foreign Interference) Act 2018. However, the provisions do not commence at all unless both of the events mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) occur. |

4. Schedule 4 |
Immediately after the commencement of section 3 of the Office of National Intelligence Act 2018. |
