Schedule 1 Amendment of the Corporations Act 2001

Insert:

(5A) A person contravenes this subsection if the person contravenes paragraph (1)(a), (aa), (ca), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) or (j).

Note: This subsection is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).
