19   At the end of subsection 93(2)

Add:

; (f) an agency that is administered by a Minister who administers any of the following:

(i) the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997;

(ii) the Social Security Act 1991;

(iii) the Student Assistance Act 1973;

(iv) a law of the Commonwealth prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this paragraph.
