Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Amendment (Sport Integrity Australia) Act 2020 (11 of 2020)
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Amendment (Enhancing Australia's Anti-Doping Capability) Act 2020 commences on or before the day on which Schedule 1 to this Act commences. |

4. Schedule 3, Part 2 |
The later of: (a) the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (b) 1 July 2020. However, the provisions do not commence at all unless Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Amendment (Enhancing Australia's Anti-Doping Capability) Act 2020 commences before the day on which Schedule 1 to this Act commences. |
