Schedule 1 Flexible paid parental leave

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) if parental leave pay is payable:

(i) the person's PPL period for the child; and

(ii) if the person has a continuous PPL period for the child under subsection 6A(1) - the person's continuous flexible period for the child; and
