37   Subsection 50(8) of the National Credit Code (definition of relevant limit)

Omit "the Bankruptcy Regulations 1966 for the purposes of subparagraph 116(2)(c)(i) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966", substitute "regulations made under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 for the purposes of subparagraph 116(2)(c)(i) of that Act".
