Division 4 - Slow small business payers  

SECTION 22H   PUBLICATION ON REGISTER  

22H(1)    
If the Minister gives a slow small business payer direction to an entity, the following must be published on the register:

(a)    a statement that the entity has been given a slow small business payer direction;

(b)    a description of the slow small business payer direction.

22H(2)    
To avoid doubt, information published on the register under subsection (1) may remain on the register after the slow small business payer direction has ceased to be in effect.
