7   Section 59A

Repeal the section, substitute:

59A Orders to which sections 58 and 59 are subject

Sections 58 and 59 have effect subject to an order under:

(a) Part VIII, VIIIAB or VIIIC of the Family Law Act 1975; or

(b) Part 5A of the Family Court Act 1997 (WA).
