27   After paragraph 161A(6)(c)

Insert:

(ca) if subparagraph (1)(b)(iva) applies - the restructuring practitioner for the company; or

(cb) if subparagraph (1)(b)(ivb) applies - the restructuring practitioner for the restructuring plan; or
