96   Subparagraphs 69N(5)(b)(i) to (iv)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(i) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); or

(ii) the Family Court of a State; or

(iii) the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
