97   Paragraphs 69N(6)(a) to (d)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); or

(b) the Family Court of a State; or

(c) the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
