171   Subparagraphs 3ZZOA(2)(c)(iv) to (vii)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(iv) achieving a Part 5.3 object; or

(v) determining whether the Part 5.3 supervisory order has been, or is being, complied with.
