Schedule 1 Startup year

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) on the day on which the fee is payable, the student is enrolled with the provider in one or more of the following:

(i) a *course of study or a *bridging course for overseas-trained professionals;

(ii) an *accelerator program course; and
