95   Subparagraphs 588FDA(1)(b)(ii) and (iii)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(ii) a relative of a director of the company; or

(iii) a relative of a spouse of a director of the company; or

(iv) a person on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a person of a kind referred to in subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii); and
