Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977

1   Paragraph (y) of Schedule 2

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(y) decisions relating to:

(i) employing, or terminating the employment of, persons; or

(ii) suspending persons from duties;

under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984;
