Schedule 1 Prescribed forms

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) The registered corporation or the other person may apply to the Regulator for a determination under subsection (3). The application must:

(a) be in a form approved by the Regulator; and

(b) comply with any requirements prescribed by the regulations.
