Schedule 5 Repeals of obsolete Acts and spent provisions

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(4) It is the duty of members of the staff of the Commissioner to provide appropriate assistance to a person who:

(a) wishes to make a complaint; and

(b) requires assistance to formulate the complaint.
