Schedule 1 Amendment of the Crimes Act 1914

Insert:

assessment officer : see subsection 3UJC(1).

nominated AAT member means a person in relation to whom a nomination is in force under section 3UJE.

post-entry warrant : see subsection 3UEB(1).
