Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct obstructs or hinders the Tribunal or an authorised person in the performance of the functions of the Tribunal.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.

A person commits an offence if: (a) the person engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct would, if the Tribunal were a court of record, constitute a contempt of that court.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
