DATE OF EFFECT PROVISIONS
The following provisions do not apply in relation to second review: (a) section 125 of the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999 ; (b) section 95N of the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 .
