WHEN THIS DIVISION APPLIES
This Division applies if: (a) a party to a proceeding in the Tribunal appeals to the Federal Court from a decision of the Tribunal (see sections 172 and 173 ); or (b) the Tribunal refers a question of law arising in a proceeding to the Federal Court (see section 185 ).
