Division 6 - Sending and disclosing documents  

SECTION 188   RETURNING DOCUMENTS  

188(1)    
At the conclusion of the proceeding before the Federal Court in relation to the appeal or reference, the Court must return to the Tribunal the documents sent to the Court under this Division.

188(2)    
However, if the Federal Court sends the documents to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2), the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) must return the documents to the Tribunal at the conclusion of the proceeding before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) in relation to the appeal or reference.
