SECTION 215   LEAVE  
Salaried members

215(1)    
A salaried member has the recreation leave entitlements that are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

215(2)    
The Minister may grant the President leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Minister determines.

215(3)    
The President may grant a salaried member (other than the President) leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the President determines.

Sessional members

215(4)    
The President may grant leave of absence to a sessional member on the terms and conditions that the President determines.
