Part 8 Members and staff of Tribunal

(1) The President must keep a register of disclosures made under section 218.

(2) The President may keep the register by electronic means.

(3) The register must contain, for each disclosure:

(a) the nature of the interest disclosed; and

(b) any action taken as a result of the disclosure.

(4) The register is not a legislative instrument.
