SECTION 219
REGISTER OF INTERESTS
219(1)
The President must keep a register of disclosures made under section 218 .
219(2)
The President may keep the register by electronic means.
219(3)
The register must contain, for each disclosure: (a) the nature of the interest disclosed; and (b) any action taken as a result of the disclosure.

The register is not a legislative instrument.
