Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed by the regulations; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Norfolk Island enactments

The regulations may provide for: (a) applications to be made to the Tribunal for review of decisions made in the exercise of powers conferred by a Norfolk Island enactment; and (b) such modifications to the operation of this Act as are necessary to provide for, and in relation to, the review of those decisions in like manner to the review of equivalent reviewable decisions under this Act; and (c) the Tribunal to give an advisory opinion on a matter or question referred to it under a Norfolk Island enactment.
