SECTION 90
ENGAGEMENT OF PERSONS TO CONDUCT DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESSES
90(1)
The Principal Registrar may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage a person to conduct a kind of dispute resolution process.
90(2)
The Principal Registrar must not engage a person under subsection (1) unless the Principal Registrar is satisfied, having regard to the person ' s qualifications and experience, that the person is a suitable person to conduct the relevant kind of dispute resolution process.
