REGULATION 2.45 GENERAL REQUIREMENT

If a person ceases to be a member of a fund (other than a capital guaranteed fund), the trustee of the fund must give all information to:

(a) if the person is alive - the person; or

(b) if the person is deceased - each person receiving a benefit as a result of the first-mentioned person's death; that the trustee reasonably believes such a person would reasonably need for the purpose of understanding his or her benefit entitlements.
