If the commencement day of the pension is a day other than 1 July - the appropriate factor set out in Column 3 of the Table must be applied proportionally to the number of days in the financial year that include and follow the commencement day in that financial year.

Sch 4, inserted by SR No 147 of 2004, reg 3 and Sch 3 item 12, is not effective until 20 September 2004.
