REGULATION 10.2.167   POWER OF COURT TO RESTRAIN DEALINGS WITH FUTURES BROKER'S BANK ACCOUNTS  

10.2.167(1)   [ Application]  

For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a regulated principal mentioned in item 3 of the table in section 1430 of the Act.

10.2.167(2)   [ Member of futures organisation]  

A reference in section 1224 of the old Corporations Act to a member of a futures organisation includes a participant of a licensed market for derivatives.

10.2.167(3)   [ Futures organisation]  

A reference in subsection 1224(2) of the old Corporations Act to a futures organisation includes a market licensee.
