REGULATION 10.2.170   DEALINGS BY EMPLOYEES OF FUTURES BROKERS AND FUTURES ADVISERS  

10.2.170(1)   [ Application]  

For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a regulated principal mentioned in item 3 or 4 of the table in section 1430 of the Act.

10.2.170(2)   [ Futures exchange]  

A reference in subsection 1267(7), (9) or (10) of the old Corporations Act to a futures exchange includes a licensed market for derivatives.
