GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Fund information includes all information that the responsible person reasonably believes a product holder would reasonably need for the purpose of: (a) understanding the management and financial condition of the fund and of the relevant sub-plan (if any); and (b) understanding the investment performance of the relevant sub-plan or, if none, of the fund.
