Bankruptcy Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2) (287 of 2010)

4   Transitional

(1) The amendments made by items 2, 7 and 8 of Schedule 1 apply to any bankruptcy for which the date of bankruptcy is on or after the day this regulation commences.

(2) Despite the amendments made by item 2 of Schedule 1, Division 4 of Part 8 of theBankruptcy Regulations 1996, as in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation, continues to apply to a bankruptcy if the date of bankruptcy is before the day this regulation commences.

(3) Despite the amendments made by items 7 and 8 of Schedule 1, paragraph 10.04 (f) of theBankruptcy Regulations 1996, as in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation, continues to apply to a bankruptcy if the date of bankruptcy is before the day this regulation commences.
