5   DEFINITIONS  

Note:

A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:

  • (a) amend;
  • (b) enabling legislation;
  • (c) instrument;
  • (d) legislative instrument;
  • (e) notifiable instrument;
  • (f) repeal.


    • In this instrument:

    Act
    means the Legislation Act 2003 .
