Legislation (Exemptions and Other Matters) Regulation 2015
For paragraph 44(2)(b) of the Act, section 42 of the Act (disallowance of legislative instruments) does not apply to a legislative instrument in a class of legislative instruments referred to in an item of the following table.
Note:
The inclusion of a kind of instrument in the table does not imply that every instrument of that kind is a legislative instrument (see subsection 44(3) of the Act).

2 | An instrument that is a direction by a Minister to any person or body |
3 | An instrument (other than a regulation) relating to superannuation |
4 | An instrument made under an annual Appropriation Act |
