SECTION 113   APPLICATION  

113(1)    
Subject to subsection (2), the amendments made by Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 to the amending instrument apply in relation to jobkeeper fortnights beginning on or after the commencement of this section.

113(2)    
Subsections 8B(3) , (4) , (5) and (6) , as inserted by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the amending instrument, apply in relation to quarters ending on or after the commencement of this section.
