3   Subparagraph 9.1.02(a)(vii)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(vii) any scheme of arrangement it has entered into with its creditors, its placement under voluntary administration, a deed of company arrangement, restructuring or receivership, or its liquidation;
