SECTION 101
INFORMATION TO ACCOMPANY PAYMENT OF REALISATIONS CHARGE
101(1)
A payment of realisations charge by a person must be accompanied by, in the approved form, any information required by the approved form.

This section does not apply to the Official Trustee.
