SECTION 110
FEE FOR MAKING REQUEST FOR CONSENT TO LEAVE AUSTRALIA
110(1)
This section applies in relation to a request by a bankrupt to the Official Trustee for the Official Trustee ' s consent, under paragraph 272(1)(c) of the Act, to the bankrupt leaving Australia.
110(2)
A fee is payable to the Official Trustee in relation to the making of the request.
