If the Court gives a direction, or makes another order, under subsection 50(1) of the Act in relation to a debtor, the creditor who applied under subsection 50(1A) of the Act for the Court to make a direction must: (a) serve the documents specified in subsection (2) of this section on both of the following:
(i) the trustee who the Court has directed to take control of the debtor ' s property;
(b) do so within 2 business days after the Court gives the direction or makes the order as the case may be.
(ii) the Official Receiver; and
Note:
A direction under subsection 50(1) of the Act may be given to the Official Trustee or a registered trustee.

The following documents are specified: (a) a copy of the application; (b) a copy of any affidavit filed in support of the application; (c) a certified copy of the direction or order as the case may be.
