ACCEPTANCE OF DEBTOR

S DECLARATION
If: (a) a debtor presents a declaration under section 54A of the Act; and (b) the Official Receiver accepts the declaration, and signs a copy of the declaration, under paragraph 54C(1)(a) of the Act;
If: (a) a debtor presents a declaration under section 54A of the Act; and (b) the Official Receiver accepts the declaration, and signs a copy of the declaration, under paragraph 54C(1)(a) of the Act;
the Official Receiver must give a copy of the signed copy of the declaration to the debtor.
