SECTION 22   NOTICE TO PARTNERS OF REFERRAL TO COURT OF PETITION BY OTHER PARTNERS AGAINST THE PARTNERSHIP  

22(1)    
For the purposes of subsection 56C(2) of the Act, if the Official Receiver refers a debtor ' s petition against a partnership to the Court, the notice given by the Official Receiver to each member of the partnership who did not present the petition must:

(a)    be in writing; and

(b)    state that the petition has been referred to a court specified in the notice; and

(c)    specify the day, time and place of hearing of the petition.

22(2)    
The Official Receiver must give the notice at least 5 business days before the day of the hearing.
