Bankruptcy Regulations 2021
For the purposes of subsection 56C(2) of the Act, if the Official Receiver refers a debtor ' s petition against a partnership to the Court, the notice given by the Official Receiver to each member of the partnership who did not present the petition must: (a) be in writing; and (b) state that the petition has been referred to a court specified in the notice; and (c) specify the day, time and place of hearing of the petition.

The Official Receiver must give the notice at least 5 business days before the day of the hearing.
