DISTILLATION ACT 1901 (REPEALED)

S 52 repealed by No 25 of 2001, s 3 and Sch 4 item 28, effective 4 May 2001. S 52 formerly read:

No distiller shall, between the hours of 6 o'clock in the evening of the last day of every month and 6 o'clock in the following morning, have or keep any spirits in any vessel in his distillery except in the chargers and receivers and in vats in the spirit store, and casks in the spirit warehouse, nor have or keep in the distillery any wash of which the lowest specific gravity has been declared.
