SECTION 4 (Repealed by 74 of 2006)  

4   INCORPORATION OF PARTS OF EXCISE ACT 1901  
The provisions of Parts II , V , VI , VIII , IX , X , XI , XII and XIV of the Excise Act 1901 shall, so far as applicable, be incorporated with this Act.
