Aiders and abettors
(1)
Any
person who aids, abets, counsels, or procures, or by act or omission is in
any way directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in, or party to, the commission
of any offence against any law of the Commonwealth, whether passed before
or after the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have committed that
offence and shall be punishable accordingly.
(2)
Any
act or omission that constitutes an offence against section 73 of the
Defence Act 1903
does not constitute an offence
by virtue of subsection (1) of this section.
