SECTION 10 (Repealed by 74 of 2006)  

10   PAYMENT OF LICENCE-FEE AND SECURITY  
An applicant for a licence shall pay to the Collector the proper licence-fee and shall give security to the Collector for compliance with this Act in such amount as the Collector determines.
