COAL EXCISE ACT 1949 (REPEALED)

SECTION 18 (Repealed by 74 of 2006)  

18   DUTY OF PRODUCERS  
A producer shall not produce coal at any place other than the producer's licensed coal mine.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
