SECTION 93 (Repealed by 101 of 2006)   Regulations  

(1)    
The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and, in particular:


(a) for and in relation to the practice and procedure of a Supreme Court in respect of proceedings to which section 60A applies; and


(b) prescribing penalties not exceeding a fine of $500 for offences against the regulations.

(2)    
Regulations may be made under subsection (1) for the purposes of Parts VI and VII before the commencement of those Parts, but regulations so made shall not come into operation until those Parts come into operation.
