SECTION 155 PROCESSING OF AN APPLICATION  
155(1) [Committee to consider]  

After receiving a properly made application, the Inspector-General must convene a committee to consider the application.

155(2) [Composition of committee]  

The committee must consist of:

(a) the Inspector-General; and

(b) an APS employee; and

(c) a registered trustee chosen by the Insolvency Practitioners ' Association of Australia (A.C.N. 002 472 362).

155(3) [Role of committee]  

The committee must consider the application and interview the applicant.
